MetaStar, Incorporated is a non-profit health care quality improvement organization (QIO) based in Madison, Wisconsin. This is their 2002 Annual report. The cover was done in 4 color process and the interior pages were printed in 2 Pantone inks, gray and a metallic copper. The block letters were created with a custom font.
